Here you have everything you need to feel ready, supported, and excited for your month with HushAway®.

You'll find a walkthrough of what your month looks like, the prompts we'll use for your testimonial, and when you are ready reach out to us at soundsonics@hushaway.com for your 20-minute onboarding call.

Your SoundSonic® Month:

Your month with us is gentle, structured, and clear. Here is what each week looks like:
Week 1  -  Settle in
  • Receive your Consent Form and Sound Sanctuary access details by email - Consent Form needs to be returned asap.
  • Post your introduction in the private Sonic Community within 48 hours.
  • Begin exploring the Sanctuary with your child, at your own pace.
Week 2  - Your first contribution
  • Share your first weekly highlight in the Community: a favourite story, a soundscape that landed, a small moment HushAway® helped with.
  • Record your first short video of your child experiencing HushAway®. We will send gentle prompts mid-week so you are never starting from a blank page.
Week 3  -  Deepen
  • Continue your weekly Community highlight.
  • Optional: book your case study conversation with us if you'd like to share your story in more depth (more on this below).
  • Reflect on what's shifted, however small.
Week 4  -  Your final week
  • Record your second short video of your child.
  • Record your 2-minute parent testimonial using the prompts below.
  • Share your final Community highlight.

The Sonic Community

Our Sonic Community is a small, private group moderated by us. It is where:

 

- Families share their weekly highlights with each other.
- We share gentle prompts and reminders.
- You can ask questions, share what's working, and connect with other Founding Families across the world.
- Your introduction post lands within 48 hours of joining.

 

The Community is the warm heart of being a Sonic Family. We ask that you turn up to it, even gently. A short note, a photo of your child listening, a single line about your week, all of it counts.

It is the showing up that matters, not the polish.

 

 

Your 2-Minute Family Testimonial

Tips: Talking head, phone-shot, recorded wherever feels easy for you - by either a parent, grandparent or carer.

Three prompts, in this order:

 

1. What was hard before HushAway®?

Tell us about the moment that brought you to us. The bedtime that wouldn't end. The meltdown that wouldn't pass. The overwhelm that felt unmanageable. The thing you'd typed into a search bar at 2am hoping to find help for.
 

2. What shifted during your month?

Tell us about a specific moment, small or big, when something felt different. It might be a single bedtime that went well. A morning where your child reached for the headphones themselves. A breath that came easier. Specifics land far more powerfully than generalisations.
 

3. Who would you recommend HushAway® to?

Speak directly to the parent / grandparent / carer who is where you were a month ago. What would you want them to know?

 

You don't need to script anything. You don't need to be polished. The honest, real version is always the strongest. We send these prompts to you again in writing a few days before your testimonial week so you can let them settle.

Consent And Permissions

Before your start date, we will send you a short consent form (digital, takes about three minutes) covering:
  • Permission to use your child's videos across HushAway® marketing channels.
  • Permission to use your written testimonial quotes on our website, sales pages, partnership decks, and press materials.
  • Use of your case study, if you choose to do one.
  • How long we keep the content (we retain it for the lifetime of the brand, unless you ask us to remove it).
  • Your right to withdraw consent at any time.
We take this seriously. If anything in the consent form feels unclear, raise it with us before signing. We'd far rather talk it through with you than have you sign something you're not fully comfortable with.

  • Your start date and Sound Sanctuary access details.
  • Anything specific about your child you'd like us to know.
  • Any questions you have about the month ahead.
  • A warm hello before we begin.
