We are so glad you are joining us.

Here you have everything you need to feel ready, supported, and excited for your month with HushAway®.

You'll find a walkthrough of what your month looks like and the gentle questions we'll ask along the way. When you are ready, reach out to us at soundsonics@hushaway.com for your 20-minute onboarding call.

Your SoundSonic® Month:

Your month with us is gentle, structured, and clear. Here is what each week looks like:
Week 1  -  Settle in
  • After your onboarding call, your consent form arrives by email. It includes two quick questions about where you are starting, so we can both see what changes. Once it is back, your Sound Sanctuary access link follows from Nikki, and your 31 days begin the day you claim it.
  • Post your introduction in the private Sonic Community within 48 hours of claiming your access.
  • Begin exploring the Sound Sanctuary with your child, at your own pace, starting in Hush at Home, where everything is sorted by what your child needs right now. Three of our favourites are open for you to try.
Week 2  - Your first contribution
  • Share your first weekly highlight in the Community: a favourite story, a soundscape that landed, a small moment HushAway® helped with.
  • Mid-week we'll ask how your child is finding it, in their words or yours.
Week 3  -  Deepen
  • Continue your weekly Community highlight.
  • Optional: book your case study conversation with us if you'd like to share your story in more depth (more on this below).
  • Reflect on what's shifted, however small, and reply to one quick question halfway through: how often are you using it?
Week 4  -  Your final week
  • Share your thoughts and feelings about the month, in whatever way suits your family.
  • Share your final Community highlight.
  • Answer the same quick question as your starting point, so we can both see what changed.

The Sonic Community

Our Sonic Community is a small, private group moderated by us. It is where:

 

- Families share their weekly highlights with each other.
- We share gentle prompts and reminders.
- You can ask questions, share what's working, and connect with other Sonic families across the world.
- Your introduction post lands within 48 hours of joining.

 

The Community is the warm heart of being a Sonic Family. We ask that you turn up to it, even gently. A short note, a favourite track, a single line about your week, all of it counts.

It is the showing up that matters, not the polish.

 

 

Your Reflections

At the end of your month we'll ask three gentle questions for our research. There's no right answer and nothing to prepare.

 

1. What was hard before HushAway®?

2. What shifted during your month, however small?

3. What would you want another parent in your shoes to know?

 

Share them however feels easy: a few written lines, a voice note, or something else we agree together on your welcome call.

Consent And Permissions

After your welcome call we send a short consent form (about three minutes). It explains how what you share may be used, you tick each use separately, and you can withdraw at any time.
We take this seriously. If anything in the consent form feels unclear, raise it with us before signing. We'd far rather talk it through with you than have you sign something you're not fully comfortable with.

Before your month begins, we'd love to spend 20 minutes with you. We will walk through:
  • How your month works, and when your access arrives.
  • Anything specific about your child you'd like us to know.
  • Any questions you have about the month ahead.
  • A warm hello before we begin.
