An email from HushAway® is on its way to help you set up your account and create your password. If it has not landed in ten minutes, have a look in spam or promotions.

2. Open Hush at Home

Start with Quick Start in Getting Started if you’d like a short welcome. Then open Hush at Home and pick from the four doors that are open, with five favourites selected for you: The Sleepy Feather in Bedtime & Sleep, The Storm Inside in Big Feelings & Meltdowns, Noah and the Kite That Wouldn’t Fly in Focus & Homework, or The Sunshine Within and I Shine My Quiet Light in Feeling Good About Me.

3. Play the same one again tomorrow

HushAway® works the way a bedtime routine works, through repetition. The same sound, returned to night after night, slowly stops being a sound and becomes a signal that it's safe to soften.
