Wendy White created My Mood Stars® after a long career in Early Years, to help children notice and talk about how they’re feeling. HushAway® is the settling part. Once a feeling has been noticed, gentle sound helps a child’s body find its way back to calm. As part of the My Mood Stars® community you get a whole month of free listening, rather than our usual 14 days, with no card details and nothing to cancel. And if your child settles with it, you’ll be invited to join the full Sound Sanctuary membership with three months free, for a limited period.

The Storm Inside is open for your whole month. For the moments words stop landing and everything feels too big, a gentle affirmation that helps your child notice the storm and let it pass.
Feeling Good About Me
The Sunshine Within and I Shine My Quiet Light are open for your whole month. Gentle affirmations written in somatic language, so a child feels them in the body rather than just hearing the words. For the child who’s hard on themselves.
Focus & Homework
Noah and the Kite That Wouldn’t Fly is open for your whole month. For the after-school slump, a gentle story so sitting down to a task feels less like a fight.
Waiting when you join: Worries & Anxiety and Changes & Busy Places, for the what-if mind, the car and the busy supermarket. They open with membership, alongside the full Library and The Sound Garden’s frequencies, ASMR sounds and soundscapes.
All five favourites come in several versions, so you can find what suits your child. Your month also includes Quick Start, short welcome videos that show you where to begin.
Hand crafted and curated by a voice artist, a sound therapy practitioner and a former nursery owner
Every track is narrated by founder Nicola Maria Rose, and underneath the stories sit Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats and ASMR-informed soundscapes. It is low-demand and instruction-free, so it still works when a child is already overwhelmed.
