2. Press play on Start Here

A short welcome that shows you and your child how to use HushAway® together, and which sounds to try first. Then pick one door: a Night Time Story, a Daytime Story, a Peace Time Affirmation or The Sound Garden.

3. Play the same one again tomorrow

HushAway® works the way a bedtime routine works, through repetition. The same sound, returned to night after night, slowly stops being a sound and becomes a signal that it's safe to soften.
